As athletic director, I'd like to welcome you to Corydon Central Junior High School. At CCJHS, we offer a wide range of opportunities for students to participate in athletics from cheerleading to wrestling.

Students wishing to participate in athletics must have an up-to-date physical on file and be in good academic and behavioral standing with the school. Please review the Athletic Code of Conduct for more information. Please also review the Parent Code of Conduct.

We use Final Forms to collect all physicals and Code of Conduct forms. No paper copies will be accepted. Both Parents and Students will need to make an account.
