Students wishing to participate in athletics must have an up-to-date physical on file and be in good academic and behavioral standing with the school. Please review the Athletic Code of Conduct for more information.

CCHS athletes must submit all participation documents (e.g. physicals, code of conduct, permission to treat, etc.) via FinalForms.
